Welcome to the CoCo & Company website. By using our Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Services
   We provide online booking for hair services. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment
   Appointments can be booked online through our Site.
   If payment is required at the time of booking, it will be processed securely via Wix Payments or another approved payment provider.
   Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellation Policy
   Our Policy Protects Our Stylists
   Most of our stylists earn their income by commission, meaning they only earn when they are actively providing a service. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering that time to another client.

Cancellation Notice
We require 48 hours written notice to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total scheduled services.
Same-day cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the total scheduled services.

Grace + Exceptions
We understand emergencies, illness, and unforeseen events can occur. We will make every effort to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis. Repeated last-minute cancellations may still be subject to fees.

1. User Responsibilities
   You agree to:
   Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information
   Not use the Site for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes

2. Intellectual Property
   All content on this Site (text, images, logos) is the property of CoCo & Company or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site, booking of services, or reliance on its content.

4. Third-Party Services
   Our Site may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Wix, payment processors). We are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, or performance.

5. Changes to These Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
