OUR POLICY PROTECTS OUR STYLISTS and Aesthetician
Did you know that in our industry, most of us earn our income by commission? This means that we do not make a salary and we do not get paid hourly. We earn our living by taking care of the guest in their chair. If a guest does not show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this does not leave sufficient opportunity for stylist or aesthetician to book another appointment.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. This allows our teammember an opportunity to reach out to another guest to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled services fees.

We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. We do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We look forward to seeing you at your next service.
